About Me.
Hi! My name is Alessandria Rosa.
I am an intuitive spiritual abstract artist. My art is often expressive and emotional and is created using a variety of mediums such as paint, ink, and found objects. Rather than adhering to a predetermined set of rules or restrictions, I create art intuitively, using my own emotions and life experiences as inspiration. The goal of my work is to communicate something personal and meaningful to the viewer, and to connect with them on a deeper level.
Artist Statement.
I utilize my work to communicate and process my feelings about healing from trauma, staying present, and connecting to the divine energy of the natural world. There are many ways that I convey these themes in my art, and the specific approach depends on the emotional impact of the experience I am working through.
As an artist who embraces process art, I value the journey of creation as much as the final product, understanding that healing and transformation happen throughout the making. My ultimate goal is to serve as an example of how to express the process of redemption via spirituality and to release pain through art. For myself, and perhaps even for the viewer, I want to provide a cathartic outlet that invites reflection and emotional release.
Being an artist, I have always adhered to a spiritual path that views life as a process focused on beautiful, captivating items, which may be expressive interpretations of fairy tales, dreams, psychic experiences, or the natural world. They represent my intense passion for life and yearning for spiritual connectedness.
Right now, I create eccentric collages using a variety of materials and paper. My previous artwork consists of an eclectic mix of styles and techniques, including mixed media abstract fluid acrylic paintings, printmaking, gouache, and charcoal drawings. A significant portion of my excitement comes from the process of creating something and the assembly. Each handmade collage is whimsical and has a spiritual flair.
As a mystic and energy worker, my creative process has led me to a place where I can use my work with perception and intuition to inform my art where the visible and invisible coexist. I create art by utilizing and refining my capacity to perceive and interpret information through a distinct lens.
All pieces are infused with Reiki (Universal Life Energy) and the intention of promoting a positive state of health for the body and mind.
